Meet the Chef

Mickaël Capizzi is a self-taught chef, originally from Isère. 15 years ago, he started as a commis chef in a restaurant in Villard-de-Lans. He continues his apprenticeship, working with experienced chefs. In 2012, he joined the prestigious “Domaine du Mont d'Arbois” in Megève, as chef de partie.

Since 2023, he has climbed the ranks to put all his know-how, his passion and his creativity at the service of the cuisine of Mas d'Hélène.

The chef works with fresh, seasonal and local products to offer you authentic cuisine.
